New Copenhagen restaurants join Dining Week
For the past 11 years, Dining Week has been part of the Danish restaurant industry. However, this does not mean that the concept is neither outdated nor insignificant. This year, four new restaurants are participating in Copenhagen - see who they are and what they offer
Aamanns Replik
At Aamanns Replik in Skuespilhuset, the Dining Week menu is a full open-faced first-class sandwich menu. Adam Aamann is known for his Michelin-recommended open sandwiches and has recently taken over the restaurant at Ofelia Plads. In addition to the popular pieces, Replik also offers view of the habour while dining at Sankt Annæ Plads 36. The open-faced sandwich menu at Replik is available with meat or in a vegetarian version:

Bocado
Bocado is located in central Copenhagen at Kristen Bernikows Gade 9, and is the newest member of the Sovino group. Feel the buzzin’ vibes of Spain in the many servings of tapas. Follow the creation of your menus through the open kitchen in the restaurant, and eat your way through a menu that offers authentic Spanish plates of food.

Tranquilo
Tranquilo by Nærver is a new resident in Kødbyen. The daily focus is fresh cocktails and southern servings in the new hotspot, consisting of 3 rooms, each with their own look and bar. The Tranquilo Dining Week menu follows the form and theme of everyday style in the restaurant:

Panza
Panza on Østerbro is a restaurant and wine bar with origins in Italian cuisine. Here, the goal is to deliver an unpretentious, whole-hearted, and cozy evening for Dining Week. At Panza, your Dining Week ticket brings you the following menu:

Arancino. Fried ball of risotto rice with stew. Served with truffle mayo and herb dust.

Carpaccio. Beef marinated in salt, sugar, and citrus fruits for 24 hours. Grana Padano, pea shoots, and chive mayonnaise on top.

Homemade spaghetti with truffle-salsiccia in creamy pecorino sauce with white wine and freshly ground pepper.
