Spicy oven-roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
1 DL olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili, flakes or ground
1 tsp ground cumin
1 fed garlic, finely ground
1 tsp salt

FIRST

Preheat the oven to 180°

THEN

Cut cauliflower into small bouquets and place them in an ovenproof dish. Mix olive oil, maple syrup, paprika, chili, cumin, garlic and salt. Drizzle the cauliflower with the mixture and toss well. Put the dish in the hot oven and let it cook for 10 minutes.

AND

Cut the lemon into wedges and place half of them on top of the cauliflower. Continue roasting for 10 more minutes.

AND

Combine the ingredients for the dill dressing. Serve the cauliflower on a plate with dill dressing. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.

FINALLY

Grate the pine nuts on a pan and sprinkle over the salad before serving.
