For Michala Kramer, the interest in vegan food didn’t start with a health obsession or a desire for a more sustainable lifestyle. It started completely unpretentiously with Michala moving away from home at the age of 17, and being forced to be creative as neither culinary skills nor budget was overwhelming. It resulted in a whole lot of cheap vegan meals which, to Michala’s surprise, had a huge impact on her energy level and well-being in everyday life.
