Design your own G&T with Gordon’s Staycay Tour
Gordon’s is driving around their bar truck to selected destinations in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, and in the coming week, the truck goes to Copenhagen. Here you can get some of Gordon's most beloved summer cocktails - and make them yourself with your own twist.
It’s holiday time for most of us, which means summer, sun, and cocktails. This year, Gordon’s Gin has once again packed their bar truck and are rolling out into the summer country to visit hotspots in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. In the car, you will find Gordon’s Staycay Summer ‘Kiosk’, where you can put together your own Gin & Tonic’s using different ingredients.
In 2019, the world’s best-selling gin, Gordon’s, launched the successful Gordon’s Pink Summer Tour. The idea was that Gordon’s traveled around most of the Nordics with a kind of pop-up summer ‘kiosk’. Now the bar car is back and this time the theme is staycation. In August, the car will visit Denmark, where it will hopefully bring a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The bar trolley features a wide selection of Gin & Tonic´s made with Gordon’s London Dry Gin, Gordon’s Premium Pink, Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon, and Gordon’s alcohol-free spirit. Guests will be able to create their unique cocktails by choosing their favorite gin and subsequently adding various ingredients such as elderflower, passion fruit, mint, pink grapefruit, and lollipops. The cocktail menu will also feature several unique Gin & Tonic´s inspired by specific European holiday destinations such as Palma, Saint Tropez, Hydra, and Amalfi.
During the summer of 2021, Gordon’s Staycay Tour visited places such as Lydmar and Hallwylska in Stockholm and Pir4 / Tønsberg in Norway. Now the trip has come to Copenhagen, where Ofelia Beach will be visited by the bar truck on 10 and 11 August, before Halvandet on Refshaleøen will be visited by it from 13 to 15 August. During the visit, competitions will be held where guests can win a visit from the fully equipped bar truck for a private event.
