Mission is a modern and informal restaurant that serves Californian and Mediterranaen dishes and exquisite cocktails in pitchers. The menu invites you in for both a casual everyday dinner with a few good snacks and a pizza and a bigger evening with several dishes and cocktail pitchers. The dishes are quite unique, experimental and primarily vegetable-based – for example, you can have snacks like buffalo cauliflower with blue cheese cream, garlic chips and lovage and grilled corn with chipotle and Vesterhavs-cheese.

If you want to try a little bit of everything, you should try Mission’s “Kitchen Trip”. It consists of 9-10 servings from the menu, all for sharing at the table, and is concluded with a little something for the sweet tooth: a soft serve with milk ice cream and a blueberry/ginger flavoured ice cream, sesame praliné and meringue with matcha. Everything comes at a good price less than 300 DKK.

The unique thing about Mission is not just what is on the menu, but also the restaurant’s surroundings and staff. As the head chef of Mission, Alex Dadzis, says himself, the kitchen staff is serious about the food but not too serious about their approach to the guest and the service.
