About Kok & Vin
At Kok & Vin, it is all about a great passion and love for cooking and the famous French headchef Escoffier. Both on the plate and in service, everything has been cut into the bone, and needless components and disturbances have been removed.
The mission at Kok & Vin is to give the guests the opportunity to experience exactly that love and passion for good flavour. It is done with dishes like salmon with egg white mayo, cucumber, trout roe and shrimps, steak au poivre with with rösti and peppersauce, and lightly frozen chocolate tart with caramel ganache, sorbet and salted caramel.
