About Aamanns Etablissement
Adam Aamann is known for his love for the traditional Danish open sandwich and for treating the Danish people to it. At Aamanns Etablissement, the mission is to interpret oldschool Danish dishes and improve them with the same gastronomical love as the open sandwiches have received.
A lot of the food at Aamanns Etablissement is recognizable but everything has been given a sophisticated touch. For example, the sandwich with streaky belly joint has been added a compote of cherries, the hash dish is made with braised veal, and the cauliflower gratin is topped with grated black truffle.
