In an old warehouse from the 1780’s in central Copenhagen, you will find SALT bar and restaurant. Here, the kitchen focuses on modern Danish cooking while mixing with innovative flavour combinations.
Among the dishes on the evening menu, there is the raw scallop with Tuscan kale, sorrel and emulsion of cep mushrooms, skin-fried zander with ox tail, sweet onion and parsley, and the malt ice cream with hip rose, hazelnut and caramel.
